As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on seamless system integrations and creating efficient business processes. The role requires hands-on development in Apex and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Due to project requirements, fluency in German is essential.

Job description

• Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes within Salesforce.

• Proficiency in German to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and project teams in German-speaking regions.

• Work on integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and consistency.

• Customize and configure Service Cloud and Sales Cloud to meet specific business requirements.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure high-quality deliveries.

• Prepare technical documentation for developed solutions.

• Assist in release management, deployment, and post-implementation support.

• Follow Salesforce best practices for development, security, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (required for direct communication with stakeholders)

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud

• Strong hands-on experience with Apex development (triggers, classes, batch processing)

• Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)

• Valid Salesforce Platform Developer I certification

• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities (flows, process builder, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote or hybrid environment

The position is suitable for candidates with education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or Engineering

English Language - upper intermediate (B2)
