We are seeking professionals to support its New Installation and Metering Concept Change Processes as part of an ongoing transformation project. The project has standardized the process and system landscape across network operators, with a new SAP MCM (Metering Concept Management) module introduced to orchestrate processes across SAP S/4 and multiple non-SAP systems.

Job description

• Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and refine new installation and metering concept change processes in SAP S/4 (MCM module) and the SAP MCM Cloud.

• Issue Resolution: Analyze process exceptions and disruptions, identifying root causes and proposing optimization strategies.

• Technical & Manual Solutions: Develop resolution approaches, either through technical implementation or manual execution within the system.

• Escalation Handling: Manage individual cases, focusing on escalated complaints and issue resolution (no direct customer contact).

• Proactive Process Improvements: Identify optimizations to prevent future disruptions and enhance process stability.

Requirements

• Quick understanding of complex process workflows.

• End-to-End (E2E) process view with a solution-oriented approach.

• Experience in energy industry processes and their stakeholders.

• Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U, ideally with prior experience in device management processes.

• Preferred: Familiarity with grid connection processes and various metering concepts (e.g., cascade metering, surplus feed-in with/without storage, household metering).

The position is suitable for candidates with education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or Engineering

Language skills

English Language - upper intermediate (B2)

German Languge - nice to have
