We are seeking a Medior/Senior BackEnd Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Java, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIs. You will work on developing and maintaining robust backend solutions, collaborating with internal teams and clients. Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and DevOps practices is highly valued.

Job description

• Develop and maintain backend solutions for large-scale projects

• Collaborate with a 6-person development team and 3-5 internal analysts

• Integrate with internal and external systems, including mobile applications

• Manage data warehouses, ETL processes, reporting, and process management systems

• Handle data collection, monitoring, and reporting tasks

• Participate in project development cycles (1-2 years) followed by system maintenance and further development

Requirements

• Knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, Java Spring

• Knowledge of databases and SQL: design and implementation (MySQL is a plus)

• Knowledge of REST and SOAP

• Familiarity with distributed stream platforms - Apache Kafka

• Knowledge in the following areas is an advantage: Linux OS (ideally RedHat / CentOS), Microservices Patterns, TCP/IP, DevOps

• Knowledge of Red Hat middleware - JBoss EAP/WildFly, JBoss Fuse, AMQ

• MySQL, PostgreSQL, PowerBI, Tableau

• Knowledge of web technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members
