Job description

• Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements

• Implement and optimize sales processes, workflows, an automation

• Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Perform data migrations and updates as needed

• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions

• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

• Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights for sales teams

• Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard sensitive data

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant/Administrator

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud certifications are highly desirable

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and capabilities

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
