Job description

• Facilitate the introduction of agility across collaborative teams in Germany and Asia, ensuring seamless integration of agile methods

• Act as a cultural bridge, enabling productive collaboration between European and Asian teams while respecting regional differences

• Drive agile transformations within international projects, aligning stakeholders and ensuring cross-border team alignment

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver business value effectively

Requirements

• Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written communication)

• At least 6+ years of experience in agile project management, with a deep understanding of Scrum and other agile frameworks

• Extensive international experience working with multicultural and distributed teams

• Hands-on experience collaborating with large enterprises (Konzerns) and navigating their unique organizational challenges

• Solid background in IT environments with experience in software development processes, cloud solutions, or IT operations

• Agile Competencies: Proven ability to design, lead, and implement agile practices and principles for diverse teams, fostering cultural and process alignment

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams across time zones

• Expertise in using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps)

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.

The position is suitable for candidates with education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Statistics, or Engineering

Language skills

Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written communication).

Number of years of experience
