We are seeking a Software Engineer focusing on Daily Banking and Lending, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working on the design and development of cutting-edge web applications for our corporate customers. This role involves working in a hybrid environment, with two days on-site in Prague.

Job description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions for daily banking and lending operations

• Ensure software meets high standards of reliability, security, and performance

• Integrate software solutions with existing banking systems and third-party applications

• Identify and implement optimizations to enhance the efficiency of daily banking and lending processes

• Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product managers, and other software engineers

• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and security standards related to banking and lending

Requirements

• Work with REST API, Kafka, GitHub, Jira, Azure, Openshift, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, Redis, IntelliJ, Split.io, Docker, Jenkins, and Terraform

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on web applications and financial services

• Proficiency in the specified tech stack, including Kotlin, Java, SpringBoot, React, and cloud technologies (Azure)

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions
